Health class is such a bore.

I’m going to the JCC (for the first time in years) for a “spinning” class. Ugh. I sort of want to do it, but I don’t want to embarass myself, you know? Maybe I’ll ask Katie if she wants to come with.

Someone rent a scary movie with me por favor, my sister is scared of them.

Cleaning is so, hilarious.

I finally bought another pair of pants. Now I have 2 pairs. Huzzah.

We cleaned (or almost cleaned) the hallway today. And found some pretty interesting stuff.
Liz: Look, I’ve got a pacifier on a string that flashes different colors!
Lanni: Liz!
Liz: What? I got it from a festival with Jasmine.
Lanni: And where was this festival?
Liz: In the ghetto.
Lanni: Ah. Mom! Liz has drug paraphernalia!
Mom: She has what? What kind of pipe?
Liz: Hey, it’s a whistle too!
Lanni: That’s so they can hear you when you pass out.
Mom: She was probably to young to know about it.
Liz: Yeah. Too young. Yep.

And of course…
Lanni: Hey, a 3 year old bottle of Snapple ice tea!
Mom: It’s okay, unopened things don’t expire.
Liz: Drink it!
Lanni: Okay, I will!
Dad: *walks by* Don’t drink that!
Lanni: *takes a drink* UGH!
Dad: Don’t drink anymore. And if you do, I’m not holding your head back when you’re puking in the toilet.
Lanni: Thanks Dad, thanks.
Mom: But unopened things don’t expire… I couldn’t sworn… mumble mumble mumble

Let’s book it!

I finished the Napoleon Dynamite template, so check it out and tell me what you think.

Today I got up at noon-ish, watched TV, had some lunch (a hot pocket), and sat at the computer for awhile doing stuff. Then Curls came over after school and we decided that we were very extremly bored. So Curls was like, “Let’s look in the newspaper for movies,” so we did. But there weren’t any good movies. But then I noticed that it was for Last Friday, not this Friday. So I ran upstairs to chat with SmarterChild, and he told me about the movies for this week. This is how the conversation went, pretty much:

SmarterChild: The movie “Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason” is playing at the following theater in or near Rochester, NY on Friday, January 28th:
1 Cinemark Movies 10 - West Brighton 2613 West Henrietta Road Rochester, NY (14623)
    showtimes: (12:05), (2:35), (5:05), 7:35, 10:00
Curls: Briget Jones! AH! Let’s see that! When’s it at?
Lanni: 5:05. It’s 5:03!
Curls: C’mon, let’s go! Get your shoes, grab your wallet, write a note to your mom, and let’s book it!
Lanni: *in the car* Okay, to Movies 10. You’ll drop me off, I’ll run in and buy the tickets and go get the popcorn. Then you’ll come in, we’ll meet at the ticket-taker guy, and we’ll be right on time to the beginning of the movie.

We came in the theater right as it came on. Oh yeah.

I need some pop.

Stuff, yo.

Meh, bio exam today. It was pretty hard, but actually easier than I expected. There were definitely a few questions I missed, but I don’t think I did too bad. Luckily it’s all over and I’ll probably get my grade on Monday.

I slept a lot today. After the exam my mom picked me up and we ate lunch at Wendy’s. Then we went home, I watched the episode of House that I taped the other day, and then went upstairs with my mom to test her alarm clock because she just got a new one. We wanted to see how long it was until the alarm went off again after hitting the snooze button. It’s five minutes by the way. So we were lying on the bed waiting. 3 hours later we woke up and I decided I’d continue this nap in my room where I wouldn’t be in my mom’s way. At 8:30pm I finally woke up and ate dinner, watched CSI and ER. Then I went up here and started a Napoleon Dynamite template. Tell me what you think por favor.

No school tomorrow!

It’s driving me INSANE.

Does anyone know of any browsers that would work on OS9 that aren’t Internet Explorer or Mozilla? As much as I love Mozilla, it’s just so full of bugs that it is driving me crazy. And I refuse to use IE, everything is stupid. And I <3 tabs. I’d die without them. I tried Opera, but it won’t open on my computer. Well, it opens, but every time I open a window, it closes the program and gives me no error message. What’s up with that? So, I’m in pursuit of a new browser, but everything is for OSX. What about the people that aren’t allowed to have OSX? What do they do? They hate me, they really do. So what if my computer is old? Does that mean I’m not as cool as everyone else? No. They’re just hatin’. Idiots

Happy days.

Dude, the Math A was a snap. So much easier than all the practice tests we did. And with 3 hours (!) to do it, I was able to do each question 2 times and go over everything another time. I actually think I did pretty well (I’m thinking 85-90 range here people!) and I actually think taking the test was a bit fun. I got up at 10:45am and at 11:00am my mom took me to Taco Bell for lunch. I got to school at 11:30am and hung around for 10 minutes until they let us go in. I had my lucky troll with me at all times. I’m pysched for the results. I think they tell us on Monday, but I’m not sure.

I found that thing I lost, thanks to Kate. I was like, “Dude, Katie, remember that $100 dollar bill you paid me back last week? I freaking lost it already.” She was like, “Uh, Lanni, it’s in the top drawer of your button cabinet.” And I was like, “Are you freaking kidding me?” and she was like, “No, I saw it there on Saturday. Remember, I gave it to you and you were like, ‘I’ll put it in this drawer, who would look for money in a drawer full of buttons?’” And it was in there!
