first day of campfirst day of work? nailed it. it’s awesome being in charge. today went so smoothly i couldn’t believe it. the kids are great, the staff is great, life in general is great. it’s all kind of weird though, leading. i mean, i’m only the assistant director, but it’s still a lot of authority. especially since i’ve been at french road for a few years already. and all the building staff already know me, so i was an excellent help when we needed to find someone to unlock the front door and to find us a water key. lol, it’s going to be a really great summer. and tonight i saw hancock again with jon, capping off my good day. mike was supposed to come, but he got grounded because he has to go to summer school. sigh, high schoolers. lol. |

smoothly-going things are always good :) and feeling like you have a lot of authority, or even knowing it is awesome too ;P.
how much is it to get into your cinema? you see movies an awful lot. and i heard hancock was terrible, what did you think of it?
it’s $7 at my preferred theater, $9 at the bigger theater. i don’t buy anything at the concessions stand, so i think it’s worth it. i enjoy movies more when i’m in the theater. but that’s my personal preference. i understand a lot of people (especially these days) that don’t agree with me.
i didn’t think hancock was terrible, but it’s not like the best movie of the summer or anything. out of 10 stars, i’d give it 6. in my book, that’s better than average, but nothing special.
