CAKE!
the CAKE concert was last night! oh man, i think it was one of the best shows i’ve been to, ever. they are SO amazing live! like, maybe ever better than on their records. plus they’re in the “big five,” which is just my top five bands in no specific order (they might be giants, mc lars, atom and his package, the aquabats, and cake).
i went with liz, curls, and alexa. and guess who we saw there? torch! from pinewood! with the four of us there, it was a mini pinewood reunion : ) they played some of my favorites, and of course closed with the best of the best — short skirt / long jacket! highlights included comfort eagle (”he is calling you DUDE!”), the distance, wheels, comanche, stickshifts and safetybelts, frank sinatra, guitar, love you madly, arco arena, and never there. jeez, now that i think about it, every single song was amazing. also, best photo ever: and i caught “short skirt / long jacket” on camera! sounds better in real life though. |

Wasn’t last contract with Burns? Id mention to higher up they screwed you, drove from East Syr. and no hiring managers.

I think she was trying to say that I had said thanks for the concert, ticket here is the money, I am on my way back.
And yeah i did talk to Burns. They apologized, and said it was not there fault but they also said that the managers had been called away on an audit, I can only assume the FDA or IRS and therefore my confidence in the company as a whole is not great. That builiding they are in looks great from the outside but its just a shell they are trying to get rid of. Does not bode well.

so I have an interview with the UCb people on tuesday at 1 pm. then an interview with Dupont that night at i believe seven. I am going to come down to the house and hang out in between those times. Is that cool?

alright so i am sitting in your office right now and your mom has explained to me that your oct break is over this weekend and Monday and tuesday. And that you want to go geocaching near me. I am going to be gone this weekend to NYC for a wedding in Jon’s family. sorry about the previous message my only excuse is i had just woken up and couldn’t remember what was going on . Anyway, I would love to hang iwth you monday or tuesday in Syracuse so you can geocache around there. Let me know when you decide what the plan is.
