Sports

Today in PE we played floor hockey again. GO TEAM 5! Katie made a poster for our team. We yelled really loud and cheered the whole time. We attempted to do the wave, but when you have 6 people and only 4 are willing to do it, it doesn’t look that great. Mrs. Fake totally dissed it. So Abby sat on the sidelines (she can’t play contact sports) and held our sign while we totally kicked the other teams’ butts. Many high-fives and hand-shakes were in order after that.

After school I went to the Spanish Regents review. And then to Liz’s soft ball game. I kept score. I am used to keeping score for the league that I’m on, so the rules/book slightly confused me at first (ex: no stealing, infield fly rule, etc.), but I was used to it by the end. Brighton won 16 to 3, ha! They has another home game Friday so I’m hoping to keep score at that game too : )

Yo yo yo

Today in math we got our tests back and on the top was our quarter grades. Mine said 83- B. I was like, Omigod, what happened to my A? I highly doubted that I could go from a 94 to a 83 in one week, so my teacher checked it out and discovered that she copied it wrong. Thank goodness. So that was my bit of drama for the day.

Liz has a home game today so I’m going to it after school after I go to the Spanish review for the Regents because we’re going over the oral section. I’m keeping score tomorrow, yay!

Happy Birthday Kate!

Pinked.

My game today was canceled, probably because it rained a lot yesterday. So I got up early for no reason.

We got a new TV today. It’s a 27″ Sony. It’s pretty nice. We got it from Sears. My dad and I put it in the cabinet, and it sure was heavy!

I sorted more beads today. I started last month but never got very far. And since I recently acquired many more beads (JoAnn’s yesterday and a garage sale last week, courtesy of my mom), I thought I’d start again. It’s proving much harder than I expected.

School tomorrow, ugh. Seriously though, ugh.
